The so-called Benker grid or Benker cube system, named after the Landshut dowser Anton Benker, is basically a series of cubes with an edge length of about 10m x 10m, which are alternately positively and negatively charged.
The individual cubes are described by Benker as either minus “magnetic” and biologically pleasant or plus “electric” and biologically activating. If one sleeps in a minus cube on an interference-free place, the sleep becomes very deep and is healthy. However, if one sleeps there on another disturbance zone, it will disturb more than in a plus cube.
The Benker grid is oriented north/south and virtually includes the Hartmann grid. The lines of the Benker are between 50cm and 1m wide and are sometimes called double lines. Due to the fact that a Benker line separates differently charged cubes, the longer stay or even sleep, is very harmful for the body.
A Benker line oscillates at 6000 Bv – not so extremely low at first glance – but it continuously depolarizes the body when you lie on it, and this leads to energy loss and weakening of the entire bioenergetics.
On the other hand, Benker lines can also be deliberately used for polarity balancing by walking in serpentine lines through the Benker walls. By the way, this is also how many animals do it during their game walks.
The Benker crossing points are the superlative. They vibrate with only 1000 Bovis and have almost no magnetic pusation force. This means that the body is completely “sucked dry” energetically and additionally vegetatively stressed.
In no case should you sleep or rest on these points. People find these places extremely restless. They are usually constantly revved up there and the body does not find any rest. Burn-out, psychoses, depressions and neurological failures often occur.
