In order to answer what health is, we must first and foremost ask ourselves what it is not. Interestingly, we constantly talk about many diseases, but only about one health. It would be more correct to see the disease as what it actually is, i.e. to look at the individual specific symptoms, instead of reverently devoting ourselves to a classified clinical picture, a syndrome – i.e. an amalgamation of several symptoms.
I believe that it is important to think holistically in every case, and I do not believe, for example, in “evil” cells that suddenly turn against the organism for no apparent reason and start fighting it.
We are designed for self-preservation in every respect. Anyone who has ever been in mortal danger knows how much the body is able to mobilize reserves in order to survive. One suddenly becomes twice as strong, twice as fast, and everything is designed only for survival. Accordingly, it is rather unlikely that any cells suddenly start to mutate for no reason, or that the so-called immune system fails.
Of course, there are undoubtedly conditions in which we are weakened due to lack of energy, or disturbances. However, this “weakening” often also has a biological reason, which must be understood.
Likewise, changes in the function of individual organs often have a biological meaning that needs to be identified. If this is successful, one can concentrate on improving the “milieu”. That is, to create the ideal environment for the body to “regenerate” again.
For this reason, an examination of a home for interference zones – in the case of an illness – for me ideally also always includes individual consultation, or finding out the original cause of the illness.
Only when this has taken place, and one can be sure that the corresponding conditions have changed to the “positive”, the foundation stone is set in the direction of recovery. Based on this, it is then important to raise the energy level of the patient again, and likewise to ensure that he is not directly weakened again by environmental influences, including in the form of interference fields, electrosmog or earth radiation.
In addition to harmonizing the living space through the removal of earth radiation or water veins, the elimination or shielding of electrosmog, it is often also of great importance to raise the inner energy level, which has often decreased due to environmental influences. Minerals and certain energetically high-swinging food supplements can be of great help.
The most important thing, however, is a conscious diet that is beneficial to the body. Not every so-called food is really good for us. Hildegard von Bingen has already recognized many hundred years ago natural rules for wholesome nutrition, which still have their validity today. The Swiss Andreas Schauffert has written under the name Healthy through Knowledge, two very readable books that describe the subject of our diet from a purely energetic point of view.
Every system tends to entropy – the loss of order and pattern. Every structure has the tendency to fall apart. Without order, there is no life. Life, viewed in this way, is nothing more than the struggle against disorder that is constantly lying in wait. It is a perpetual process of seeking balance and adaptation to the environment. Balance is a prerequisite for health. An organism becomes sick when the balance is disturbed. (From “In Resonance with Nature” – by Hans Andeweg)
Unfortunately, it has become very difficult nowadays to find a doctor who lives up to this name and is a real healer. Not least because of our so-called health care system, where one should actually speak of a disease system, and its ideological restrictions and guidelines, as well as the obligation to systematically implement pharmaceutical interests, most doctors are now rather remote-controlled puppets of the pharmaceutical industry.
An oncologist, for example, who does not recommend chemotherapy in the case of cancer – regardless of whether he himself is convinced of this or not – loses his license because of “failure to provide assistance”. A physician who provides therapy according to the New Medicine also loses his license to practice medicine.
There is a clearly defined area within which a physician must operate. If he leaves this “safe” area, he is threatened with lawsuits, the cancellation of his insurance, or even the withdrawal of his license. I personally know some convinced, intrinsically good doctors, who are intensively engaged in alternative healing methods behind closed doors, but do not communicate it to the outside, because they fear for their reputation and job.
